My guess is that it is handmade. So many fab details - the tar flap!! (the wee flap on the back) with buttoned tabs and side buttoned tabs. If you had a pound for every time someone will ask you where you got this.. you could buy one hundred more. 

Note that the colour is accurate in the photos of the vest facing the front.

Measurements: Bust 32" // Waist 35" // Hips 36" // Length 21.5"

Material: my guess is an acrylic knit but it's soft and doesn't have that ick feeling

Care instructions: cool hand wash
